Refunds
Rules that apply if a paid product is offered later.
At publication Pilot Bit sells nothing. The free library does not involve a purchase. The following rules apply if a paid digital product is offered later.
Window
A refund request may be sent within thirty (30) days of the charge, to [email protected], with the order reference and the email used at checkout.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card networks and banks set clearing times; Pilot Bit aims to start the refund within ten business days of approving the request.
Limits
Chargebacks opened without contacting the desk may delay a parallel refund. Products that were delivered as described and used past the window are not refundable under this policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Legal rights preserved
Nothing here waives rights that Brazilian consumer law, or another mandatory statute that applies to the buyer, does not allow to be waived.
